The impact you'll make:

Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, the Director - Creative Ops, Resourcing & Delivery will have a significant impact on the success of the brand, leading the processes, resources and budgets for consumer-facing activities.

The ideal candidate will be a human-centered resource leader who can manage multiple projects, creative teams, diverse skillsets seamlessly. They understand urgency within the retail space, and present solutions that align to the brand and business needs to deliver work on time.

We are looking for someone highly organized and detail oriented, who is well versed in managing cross-functional campaigns with cross-functional leaders. You understand multiple channels from mass advertising to social, digital to ecomm and can resource skillsets and talent accordingly.

You have a wealth of experience in project management tools such as Asana, Monday or Basecamp, have open and excellent communication skills and are confident when communicating with Executives and Board of Directors.

When needed, you will manage freelancers and agency relationships and manage budgets with the Executive Creative Director keeping a keen eye on spend. As such, you have a strong bench of freelance solutions across a variety of skillsets.

As a people and department leader, you also have management experience to guide and coach, ensuring marketing, product and packaging are working seamlessly together.

This role will also work closely with our marketing teams to ensure clarity in briefs and deliverables, as well as operational and capacity overview.  

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

·     Create streamlined processes, inclusive campaign workflows, core projects and ad hoc needs

·     Enforces strategic parameters and clear briefs and deliverables from cross-functional partners

·     Drives cross-departmental advice on timeline feasibility and hurdles

·     Problem-solves barriers at director + level

·     Leads with a bird’s eye + 360 view of all open projects and proactively ensures completion with excellence.

·     Owns successful vetting, business case development and integration of new systems

·     Drives workload and capacity within the cross-functional creative team

·     Owns departmental budget and invoice reconciliation

·     Manages onboarding and offboarding of creative team hires and exits

·     Leads contract details and accuracy, a partner to the People Team

·     Oversees cross-functional operation team members and has a dotted line from other department's operations team managers

·     Is up-to-date and knowledgeable on package design, marketing design, and photography process options, systems identifying gaps and opportunities for efficiency

 

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor's degree in a related field (project management, communications, design management) or equivalent work experience (8+ years).

·     Project Management platform experience (Monday, asana, basecamp)

·     Proven experience as a senior level creative resource manager brand or agency-side

·     Successful management experience of project, traffic or operations managers

·     Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

·     Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail

·     Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, known for bringing ease and perspective to stressful planning problems

·     Ability to work well under pressure. Demonstrated background in keeping an eye on the playing field as well as the players

·     Proficiency in using Sharepoint, Digital Asset Management systems, Microsoft Office

·     Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to read a room, pace-set in meetings and capture incoming information clearly

·     Exposure to ET and Board of Director level communications

·     Rooted in the business of creativity: cost and time analysis in this arena

·     Come with recommendations and specific examples of success in this field

·     Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

The compensation range for this position is from $100,000 – 120,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
